Using Azure Functions? Don't use Read-Only Resource Locks, for now.

It's a good practice to secure your Azure resources. One of the approaches to achieve this is by using Resource Locks [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/resource-group-lock-resources] .
